Where we come from

Before Vepler, our team built and operated data platforms for some of the most demanding environments in the UK: national healthcare services, government infrastructure, and systems where downtime is not an option. That includes platforms processing billions of data points and services classified as Critical National Infrastructure.

We founded Vepler because property and geospatial data lacked the engineering rigour these sectors take for granted. The data existed. The infrastructure to use it properly did not. We built it from the ground up, applying the same standards we'd been held to in regulated environments: reliability, auditability, and operational resilience.

What we deliver

We provide UK property and geospatial data through modern APIs, bulk data packages, and managed data services. Our data comes from partnerships with authoritative sources, including Ordnance Survey where we are an official partner, combined with proprietary datasets we've built and maintain ourselves.

From address resolution and title register data to environmental risk and planning intelligence, we cover the full property data stack. Beyond raw data access, we provide enrichment, analysis, and processing services, delivered however your systems need to consume them.

Our background in regulated delivery means we operate with the governance and discipline that enterprise organisations expect. We hold Cyber Essentials certification, maintain a published Carbon Reduction Plan aligned to PPN 06/21, and run production infrastructure designed around operational resilience: uptime, recoverability, observability, and data integrity.
