- Pay-by-invoice credit top-ups. Pay-as-you-go customers can request a VAT invoice for a top-up directly from the billing deposit page, alongside the existing card option. The invoice is raised, numbered and emailed automatically for your accounts team to pay by card or bank transfer from its hosted page, with 30-day payment terms and the same top-up range as card payments. Credits land on your balance the moment the invoice is paid, and open invoices stay listed on the deposit page until settled.

- Title deed extraction on GET /v1/title-deeds/{titleNumber} now completes for leasehold titles whose register does not state the lease term, a legitimate case where the term lives only in the referenced lease document. Charges, restrictions, covenants and proprietors are returned in full, with
