Added
- A Setup page in the developer portal takes an organisation from sign-up to its first API request in six steps: Organisation, Company details, Agreements, Credits, API key and First request. The sidebar counts the steps left and the top bar shows progress until the organisation is live. Each step's state is worked out on the server from the same checks the API applies to your requests, so a step reads as done only when the API would admit what it unlocks.
- Team members who cannot complete a step see who can, with a button that opens an email to the organisation's owners. Owners and admins complete company details, agreements and credits, and owners, admins and developers can create API keys.
- The Agreements page groups agreements as Required, Other licences and Not yet available, and lists your organisation's commercial schedules with their status and a PDF download.
- Onboarding emails go to owners and admins: a welcome when the organisation is created, a confirmation when an agreement is signed or credits are added, a note to the inviter when an invitation is accepted, a message when the organisation makes its first successful request, and reminders at 3 and 7 days if setup stalls after company details.
Changed
- Signing an agreement in the portal confirms the signature while you are on the page, and access to the products the agreement covers is applied before the page shows it as sealed, so your next API request is admitted. If the signing service has not reported completion yet, the page offers Check again, and the signature is confirmed in the background either way.
- A card top-up is confirmed, and its credits added, when checkout returns you to the portal. A payment method that settles later shows as processing until it clears, and a payment not confirmed while you are on the page is confirmed in the background.
- A request made just after a top-up lands is admitted within seconds, because the API re-checks your balance before answering
402. - Sign-up goes straight to naming your organisation, which needs only a name. The home page and the API key dialog show a ready-to-run POST /v1/property/query request and a
GET /healthcheck that needs no API key and costs nothing. - The API keys page states that a revoked key can keep working for up to 60 seconds after it is revoked. If your billing account is not ready, owners and admins can retry billing setup from the billing deposit and settings pages, and saving company details completes either way.
