Purchased title deeds now return the extracted register body

Polling a purchased title deed now returns a structured register body: proprietors, charges, restrictions, covenants, notices, class of title and correctly decoded tenure.

Added

  • When you buy a title with POST /v1/title-deeds/{titleNumber}/purchase-async and poll GET /v1/title-deeds/{titleNumber}, the extraction payload now carries the structured register body read from the official copy. This includes ownership.proprietors (with names, company or overseas registration numbers and addresses), registeredCharges split into active, discharged and other, and the restrictions, covenants and notices, each with its verbatim rawText and a sourceEntryRef back to the register entry.
  • The payload adds classOfTitle (one of absolute, good_leasehold, possessory, qualified or other), a qualification string for qualified titles, and a scheduleOfNoticesOfLeases array, so you can read the quality of a title and any sub-leases at a glance.

Changed

  • Tenure is decoded from the register, so leasehold and freehold titles are reported correctly on the extraction payload.
