- Sale valuations from POST /v1/avm/predict-by-location reflect the property as it is today. A house that has since been converted into flats is valued as a flat, alongside other flats nearby, rather than as the house it was when it last sold.
- The same applies to tenure. Where a property's tenure has changed since its last sale, for example a freehold now held on a long lease, the valuation uses the current tenure.
- Every other property is valued as before. No request parameter or response field changes, but estimates for converted properties can differ from those returned before this release, so expect some movement for these homes if you store valuations and request them again.
